CertainTeed Landmark Shingles or Owens Corning Oakridge will be used and the color is to be chosen by the winner. Roof will come with a limited lifetime warranty from shingle manufactured as well as a 5-year warranty from company. Only one entry per address is allowed. Duplicate entrees will be deleted. Registration is open from March 3rd, 2026 until June 6th, 2026, and the winner will be drawn on June 6th, 2026. 5-inch seamless gutters will be installed and color is option to the winner. Previous gutters will be removed and disposed of. All entrees will come with a submission number. That number along without verified address can be given to Masters roofing for a $1000.00 credit off any full roof replacement through the end of 2026.
Stipulations
- Free Roof given to grand prize winner (max $30,000.00 retail value)
- Free gutter replacement to the person who referred the winner (max $8,000.00 retail value)
- Both Homes must be located in metro Detroit
- Both homes must allow for previous inspection
- Both winning homes must allow documentations before/after for marketing purposes
